「どっちつかず」や「迷う」は英語で？

決断ができずに迷っていることを英語ではどのように表現するのでしょうか？

I’m still on the fence about it.

「On the fence」は、フェンスの上（に座っている状態を）意味することから、この言い回しは、決断ができずどっちつかずになっている様子を例えています。フェンスの上に座っている人が、左右どちらに飛び降りるのか悩んでいることをイメージするとわかりやすいでしょう。「I’m undecided.」より口語的で、「どっちつかず」の他にも「迷う」や「悩む」、または「まだ決まっていない」などの意味として日常的に使われています。

I’m on the fence about going to the concert.
（コンサートに行くかまだ迷っています。）
Are you still on the fence about it?
（まだ迷ってるの？）
You are so wishy-washy. Make up your mind!
（ほんま優柔不断やな〜。はよ決めてや！）

〜会話例１〜
A: Are you going to take that job offer from Disney?
（Disneyの仕事のオファーは引き受けるの？）
B: I’m still on the fence about it. But I’m leaning towards taking it.
（まだ迷っているけど、引き受けようかなと思っている。）
〜会話例２〜
A: Tim is so wishy-washy. It drives me crazy.
（テイムさんは優柔不断で本当にイライラする。）
B: He can’t make a decision to save his life.
（彼は本当に決断力のない人だからね。）

I sometimes use another expression “be of two minds” to express similar situations.
I guess the expression is almost the same as this one, but is it correct?

  Yeah, that expression works too! They both mean that you are undecided about something. “Be of two minds” is a great expression too!
